The Dawson family has called Wallowa County their home for several generations. Our family has owned and operated a farm/ranch in between Enterprise and Joseph for three generations. From a young age my summers were spent irrigating, haying, combining, and working cattle. After graduating from Joseph High School I went on to attend Gonzaga University where I received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. While in college I spent my summers on construction crews, laboring in between custom homes and forest jobs throughout Eastern Oregon. After graduating from Gonzaga in 2010 I returned home to manage the family farm where, with local partners, we raise cattle, hay, and grain crops. I married my wife, Chelsea, in 2015 and we have since had two daughters, Mia and Nikki, who we are raising at our home on the family ranch.

I spend my spare time actively participating in the local community; I serve on several boards throughout the county, I am Vice President of Wallowa County Farm Bureau, and I am the Secretary for Wallowa Lake Irrigation District, and I am the Commodore for the Wallowa Lake Yacht Club. My passions are family, agriculture, real estate, and being involved in this great community.
